The following procedure is to be
followed for cancellations:
1.Go to our Help
Desk and file a ticket detailing the following :
Your Name
E-mail address
Domain Name
User Name
Reason for cancelling
(optional)
2. If needed, we will ask for the
password of the account, to confirm the identity of the
requestor.
3. We will send you a
Cancellation number and delete your account immediately
4. Payment made will be refunded
for unused whole months, if any. Refunds will not be made for
partly unused months and for Special Offer Annual Plans. |
